You will be responsible for managing recruitment, training, and performance of your team, addressing member concerns, and implementing effective member programs. Key Responsibilities:• Support financial management in alignment with club objectives • Oversee recruitment and training of the front desk team • Address and resolve member concerns professionally • Implement and manage engaging Member Programs • Motivate and lead the team to exceed sales goals

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years in a Front Desk or Sales role • Proven leadership in training and team motivation • Strong sales background in a fitness context • CPR certification required within 3 months • Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion
