Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the test drive process and acquiring in-depth knowledge of all products and accessories. Key Responsibilities:• Facilitate an exceptional buying experience for customers • Lead test drive sessions for prospective buyers • Build strong product knowledge across multiple brands • Engage in ongoing training and development programs • Work collaboratively to meet dealership targets
Requirements:• Proven work ethic and customer-focused approach • Minimum one year in a customer service environment preferred • High School diploma or equivalent preferred • Valid Class 5 driver’s license required • Successful completion of VSA licensing prior to hire
