NTT DATA Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect in Burnaby to oversee the evolution of the ServiceNow platform. Bring your expertise in design and ITIL best practices to foster innovative solutions.
Your role will revolve around creating a robust governance framework and architecture for the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and ITIL practices is essential, alongside analytical skills to assess business needs. You'll also be responsible for executing upgrades and strategic enhancements, ensuring high performance and compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:• Define integration standards and architecture principles • Maintain effective API and data integrations • Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow team members • Suggest enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders • Drive successful platform upgrades and patch management
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field • 6 years’ experience in ServiceNow roles • ServiceNow Certified Administrator • ITIL 4 Foundation and other ServiceNow certifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
