Marketing Manager, Burnaby

This position is being recruited on behalf of one of our clients. Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead About Us We are a well-established food import and distribution company with nearly 40 years of history in the local market. Our strength has traditionally been in supply chain and long-term customer relationships.

– Serving Chinese restaurants and retail markets

BB

– Focused on Japanese and Korean customers

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a

Marketing Manager

to strengthen our brands and introduce more modern and effective marketing approaches that support business growth.

Position Overview This role will lead marketing and brand development for our core brands and work closely with the sales team to expand market presence.

We are looking for a

hands‑on marketing professional

who can bring modern marketing ideas while understanding the practical needs of a food distribution business.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies for

3Fish, Oceanmama and BB

Strengthen brand awareness in retail and food service markets

Support sales growth through effective marketing initiatives

Plan and execute promotions, events, and product launches

Develop marketing materials and digital content

Conduct market and competitor analysis

Introduce practical and modern marketing approaches

Utilize digital and AI tools to improve marketing efficiency

Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in

food, FMCG, or distribution

Experience in brand development or marketing strategy

Strong understanding of retail and food service markets

Ability to connect marketing with sales results

Hands‑on and practical working style

Comfortable using modern digital and AI tools

English required; Chinese, Korean or Japanese is an asset
