You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for BMO’s services. Leveraging knowledge in personal and small business banking, you will provide tailored advice across various financial products—ranging from lending to investment options—while actively resolving client inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain customer relationships through assessments • Advise clients on personalized financial offerings • Engage in active promotion of digital banking tools • Support customer transactions and ensure satisfaction • Conduct quality checks and compliance audits
Requirements:• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred • Strong understanding of banking and financial products • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities • Consultative sales experience highly valued • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
