Part-Time

Front Desk Coordinator (Evening Shifts)

who is looking to take the next step within their career! This is an excellent opportunity for a highly adaptable person looking for a multifaceted and fast-paced environment within a growing automotive company.

This part-time position operates on a

minimum of 16 hours/week

with the following schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Additional hours may be available to provide coverage for holidays, vacation time, and sick leave as needed.

What you’ll do:

Lead and support our front desk and lot team to keep things running smoothly

Oversee daily operations and coordinate schedules

Manage vehicle inventory input and records (new&used)

Collaborate with department managers to ensure seamless guest experiences

Tackle various admin tasks and daily priorities with confidence

What you bring:

2–3 years in admin or leadership roles (automotive experience a plus)

A positive, proactive attitude with a sharp eye for detail

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Solid computer skills– CDK, Deskit&Excel are a bonus
