Responsibilities

You use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.

You educate guests on AE&Aerie products, enthusiastically suggesting items that fit their needs.

You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.

You flex seamlessly between the Salesfloor, Cash&Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

You proactively resolve guest concerns and stick to company policy.

You support your team and help get the job done.

You act with integrity and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications

You love interacting with people.

You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.

You love AE and Aerie products.

You have prior retail experience.

You are at least 16 years of age.
