Elevate your sales career with Tantalus Systems as a Remote Southeast Sales Manager. Your focus will be to strengthen utility partnerships and drive revenue growth in smart grid solutions.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will develop and execute the sales strategy aimed at utilities across the Southeastern United States. Engaging with channel partners and maintaining accurate sales forecasts will be key for building Tantalus's market position and achieving ambitious sales goals across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:• Surpass sales targets for Tantalus utility solutions • Create a strategic plan to enhance market presence • Collaborate closely with channel partners for new business • Accurately document customer interactions in Salesforce • Attend local industry events as a Tantalus representative
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering • More than 10 years in strategic sales management • Demonstrated success in complex solution selling • Established relationships within the utility sector • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
