Enhance customer experience by providing administrative support in a fast-paced SLA environment. Collaborate with coordinators and internal teams to manage service requests effectively.
In this customer-facing role, you will assist the SLA Customer Coordinators with administrative tasks, expediting repair shipments and maintaining communication with customers on repair statuses. You will regularly liaise with production, logistics, and management to ensure smooth processes and escalate issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:• Enter orders related to service requests in AS400 • Create service loan EPCNs&agreements as needed• Provide timely status updates on repairs to customers • Issue loan return RMAs for service loans • Pull reports for SLA Customer Coordinators and End of Life products
Requirements:• Post-secondary education in Business or Administration • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills • Customer service experience preferred • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
