Digital Transformation Co‑op Student.

Responsibilities

Hybrid Product / System / Process Workshop Support and analysis

Facilitate and assist product and digital teams in workshop/meeting related activities (including pre‑work and post‑follow‑ups and takeaways) and document the takeaways and learnings.

Share content quickly to accelerate analysis, refinement, planning and execution.

Project Management Support

Schedule and participate in prioritization and status meetings with relevant resources.

Record relevant details of meetings and aid the team to sequence and drive action items.

Product Management Support

Provide support as needed in the Product Management organization on the Digital Transformation team.

Support regular product planning/tracking and road‑mapping exercises.

Develop SOPs and product development requests with guidance from product and digital team stakeholders.

Essentials

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.

Strong initiative exhibited through proactive interactions and idea development.

Highly flexible and adaptable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Very customer service focused.

Curious by nature.

Coursework (or experience) normally obtained through enrollment in a Business Administration, IT Project Management, CX/UX Design, or Process Quality program.

Experience with MS Office products. MS Visio a plus, Azure Boards a plus.

Ability to work from home remotely and in a virtual team environment, and attend in‑person workshops and meetings ~2‑3x per week.

Applicable Pay Range: $20.00– $23.00/hour

This is a 4‑month co‑op opportunity.

Due to the nature of the opportunity, the role is considered hybrid; the expectation is to attend the Burlington office on average twice per week.
