Gerber Collision&Glass is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Workday Financials Analyst with a strong accounting background and deep expertise in Workday Financials to join our team. This role is crucial in developing, solutioning and supporting financial operations, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the integrity of our general ledger, profit&loss (P&L) accounts, and balance sheets. Workday Financials Management

Lead the administration, configuration, and enhancement of Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with accounting principles and business needs. Develop and maintain advanced Workday Financials reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide real‑time financial insights. Optimize and automate banking and settlements processes within Workday to improve efficiency and accuracy.Oversee general ledger (GL) management, ensuring accurate financial data entry, reconciliation, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management through Workday. Serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking&Settlement, Procurement, Expense Management, and Asset Management. Perform hands‑on configuration and customization of Workday Financials modules. Develop and implement configuration strategies to ensure the platform is optimized for performance and scalability. Work closely with the finance team to understand business processes and specific stakeholder needs and translatethem into functional requirements and configurations.Provide hands‑on guidance and support on the effective creation of solutions in Workday Financials to meet business requirements. Process Improvement&Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations to optimize Workday workflows and financial processes. Lead system upgrades, new module implementations, and process automation to enhance financial efficiency. Provide Workday Financials training and support to finance teams and end‑users.Financial Data&Quality Management

Oversee data integrity and ensure accurate and timely data entry within the Workday Financials system. Develop data validation strategies and perform regular audits to maintain data quality. Manage data migrations and transformations as required between 3rd party systems and legacy Boyd Group systems.Enhancements, Break Fix and Project Management

Lead Workday Financials implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post‑implementation support. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met. Financial Reporting&Security

Can develop business financial reports in Workday to meet various stakeholder needs including but not limited to Composite, Matrix, Trending and Advanced reports. Understands the sensitivity and security requirements of different Workday reports and the stakeholders. Workday Release Management&Continuous Improvement

Stay current with Workday Financials updates, enhancements, and Release Management cycles, evaluating their impact on existing processes and configurations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement in system utilization and efficiency.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday Financials, including at least 2 full‑cycle implementations. Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes and principles. Hands‑onexperience with the following Workday Financials modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking&Settlement, Procurement, Expense Management, Asset Management. Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful projects. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.Workday certification in Financials and any other core Financials modules is highly desirable.
