In this role, you will support a dynamic team of around 30 at DLL. Your main tasks include managing funding requests, logging inquiries, and ensuring they’re appropriately handled by automation or manually. Moreover, you will assist with file preparations and maintain relationships that support the sales effort.

Key Responsibilities:• Clear email queues every ten minutes • Update front-end systems for documentation requests • Create and track files and spreadsheets • Direct inquiries to relevant departments • Monitor SLAs and alert team leaders

Requirements:• Experience in remote and in-person environments • Strong customer service and communication skills • Attention to detail for accurate data entry • Problem-solving capabilities and process improvement skills • Bilingual (French/English) is a plus
