Key Responsibilities:• Oversee multiple projects from sales to turnkey delivery • Coordinate closely with Site Superintendents for quality assurance • Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution • Prepare and oversee scopes of work and tendering • Communicate regularly with clients to manage their expectations

Requirements:• 15+ years of project management experience • Expertise in cold storage, food, or pharma facility construction • Degree in Building Science or related field preferred • PMP certification or Engineering designation is a plus • Strong contract administration and cost control knowledge
