Halton Region is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Long-term Care home. This position requires a proactive attitude as you oversee the reception desk and manage inquiries from residents and visitors. You’ll assist with administrative responsibilities while creating a positive and empathetic environment in line with Halton’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage reception desk and telephone inquiries • Greet and assist visitors with their needs • Ensure secure entry protocols are followed • Monitor Wander Guard alarms effectively • Provide clerical support across various departments
Requirements:• Post-secondary diploma in business administration • Minimum 2 years in a customer-focused role • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
