Become a Host at Fit4Less, where customer service meets cleanliness. Ensure a fantastic gym experience for all members and guests.
As a Host with Fit4Less, your mission will be to uphold the club's cleanliness and provide excellent customer service. You'll engage with members, guiding them on amenities and ensuring safety through daily cleaning tasks. This role also involves reporting issues and collaborating with management to enhance the member experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Uphold cleanliness standards as per guidelines • Welcome and assist members and guests warmly • Promote and explain membership benefits • Track and complete cleanliness tasks • Report any incidents using standard processes
Requirements:• High School diploma or in progress • Previous teamwork or volunteer experience (1 year) • Effective communication skills • WHMIS certification required • First Aid, CPR-A&AED certification
