ATS Scientific is currently looking to fill the role of Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This position provides an opportunity for growth in a dynamic, expanding company.

The Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the duties as detailed below and will align themselves with ATS’ core mission by becoming the sales department’s key resource for our marketing and lead generation activities.

ATS was recently acquired by an entrepreneurial group that is investing in the growth of the business through a variety of initiatives including adding complimentary product lines, expanding end market reach and service/support capabilities.

Who you are: We are seeking a proactive contributor who can generate demand, support product commercialization, and advance assigned product lines. You will develop and execute lead generation activities, contribute to go‑to‑market strategies, and translate technical capabilities into customer value.

You bring strong project management skills, the ability to navigate multiple priorities, and a results‑oriented mindset focused on expanding ATS Scientific Inc.’s market presence.

The Role: Location: Based in Burlington, ON

Reports to: VP, Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate lead‑generating activities including building customer and prospect databases

Develop new lead generation strategies and conduct industry, competitor, and product research

Assist in the creation and execution of new product go‑to‑market strategies

Support other technical staff on applications support including conducting presentations and demonstrations, when required

Generate market research for specific product lines

Provide market intelligence on the industry and competitors

Be responsible for the upkeep of our applications laboratory (demo lab)

From time to time, attend industry trade shows and product training sessions conducted by our suppliers

Occasional overnight travel

Lead sales activities for certain assigned product lines (i.e. Thomas Scientific, Kruss, etc.). Product line coverage may change over time and will be at management’s discretion

Assist in the completion of reporting requirements for suppliers

Coordinate, lead, and assist in all of ATS’ marketing initiatives including, but not limited to: Direct outreach campaigns

Social media and web campaigns/activity

Preparation of marketing collateral

Other additional responsibilities and duties, as required; and

Support ATS’ ultimate goal of providing superior solutions and customer service to our customers

Candidate Requirements:

2–5 years of B2B or technical sales/marketing experience

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including a high level of professionalism

Experienced in effectively coordinating multiple projects, executing multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently, while working with conflicting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Valid passport for international travel (legally authorized to work in Canada and travel to the US with immediate effect)

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in chemistry, biology, physics, engineering or life sciences (B.Sc. preferred)

Experience selling capital equipment or lab instrumentation would be an asset

Experience in using both inorganic and organic chemistry instrumentation

Base salary and uncapped commission

Commission is paid on consumables and lab supplies sales for product lines assigned to this role

Travel expenses reimbursement; Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision) shared 50/50 with employer
