Salary Range: $25.00 To $29.00 Hourly

Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Installations Technician with plumbing or construction trade experience to support commercial pool and water feature projects throughout the GTA.

This role is best suited for candidates with experience in plumbing, mechanical installation, or construction trades who are comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Work includes pipe installation, equipment setup, and on-site mechanical construction in commercial aquatic facilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with commercial pool and water feature installations

Install and work with:

PVC plumbing and process piping

Copper soldering and welding

Mechanical and pool system components

Operate industrial tools and equipment safely

Support project leaders and installation teams on-site

Assist with seasonal pool openings and closings

Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites

Qualifications

Hands-on plumbing, mechanical, or construction trade experience required (commercial or industrial preferred)

Pool or water system experience considered an asset

Strong teamwork and good communication skills

Able to work independently and follow instructions

Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence with clean abstract

Access to reliable personal vehicle

Legally entitled to work in Canada

Bondable (no criminal record)

Note: This is not a general labour or entry-level position. Applicants without relevant mechanical, plumbing, or construction experience will not be considered.

Schedule

Early starts (typically 6:30 a.m.– 7:00 a.m.)

Overtime and extended hours during peak seasons

Work performed across GTA job sites
