What You'll Do

* Assemble and wire industrial electrical control panels following schematics and engineering drawings * Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings * Test and troubleshoot panels to ensure proper functionality * Perform quality inspections to ensure panels meet company and client standards* Work closely with the engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines * Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company safety procedures

What We're Looking For

* 3–5 years of experience assembling or wiring electrical control panels * Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagrams * Ability to troubleshoot and identify wiring or component issues * Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team* Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments is an asset
