Real Estate Financial Analyst Position, Yonge Mills

Elevate your career as a Real Estate Financial Analyst, focusing on FP&A across 1700+ locations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with key stakeholders.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen to assist with operational expenses within the Real Estate domain. Work closely with Asset Management and Construction teams to analyze risks and strategic opportunities. You'll prepare insightful reports and maintain complex financial models that enhance operational decision-making and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:• Support forecasting and budgeting for operating expenses • Collaborate with stakeholders on P&L and Balance Sheet projections• Deliver and maintain financial reporting packages monthly • Analyze OpEx variances and identify opportunities • Develop dynamic financial models for decision support

Requirements:• University degree in Accounting/Finance or related field • 1-2 years of FP&A experience in a corporate setting• Knowledge of IFRS16 is a strong asset • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
