Manager, Workday&HCM - (12-Months Contract), Yonge Mills

What You’ll Do

Provide day‑to‑day support for the delivery of Workday configurations, system support, testing and troubleshooting, and vendor support as required. Support a high‑performing Workday team to create new functionality and enhancements that affect the entire organization. Act as a Workday subject‑matterexpert for Human Capital Management (HCM) and security modules, with hands‑on knowledge of Core HCM, Security, and Benefits, and working knowledge of other modules such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, learning, talent, time tracking, and absence management.Lead a dynamic team of Workday system configuration professionals. Partner with functional teams to review business requirements, recommend process improvements, and deploy system enhancements. Lead the team in the maintenance and enhancements of various Workday configurations, including business processes, notifications, setup values, conditions, and eligibility rules.Lead and manage multiple testing stages: unit, end‑to‑end, user acceptance, and regression testing. Collaborate with technical partners to troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between systems, vendors, and external providers. Support successful execution of Workday’s semi‑annual releases to deliver new functionality and enhancements.Collaborate with functional and technical partners to streamline and improve processes and provide recommendations. Maintain CTC’s Workday security framework and new security initiatives, including the development of custom security roles and security for new integrations. Build, test, and upload Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and mass data uploads as needed.Support internal and external audit requirements. What You Bring

4–7 years of hands‑on functional Workday experience. Workday HCM, security, or benefits certification (required). Experience in additional Workday modules (compensation, recruiting, talent, learning, help, payroll) is an asset. Deep understanding of Human Resources processes and data. Strongproblem‑solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex, multi‑dimensional problems.Knowledge of retail, distribution center, and hourly workforce is desired. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. Exceptional collaboration and influence skills to drive change and contribute to overall operational effectiveness.Willingness to learn, explore, and innovate. Benefits
