We are seeking a Workday Manager with 4–7 years of experience in functional Workday roles. As a subject-matter expert, you will oversee enhanced HCM functionalities while managing a skilled configuration team. You’ll also liaise with various teams to streamline processes and ensure effective data integration, contributing to our organization’s efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide daily support for Workday configurations and vendor issues • Lead enhancements across Core HCM, Security, and Benefits modules • Manage testing stages including user acceptance and regression tests • Collaborate to troubleshoot integration challenges between systems• Maintain and enhance CTC’s Workday security framework

Requirements:• 4–7 years of hands-on Workday functional experience • Certification in Workday HCM, security, or benefits required • Proficient in multiple Workday modules like payroll and compensation • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities • Willingness to innovate and learn new processes
