Machine Builder– Automation , you’ll be at the forefront of building and assembling advanced automation equipment. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, machining, and system integration will be crucial in delivering high‑quality special‑purpose machinery and driving operational excellence across our manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of materials
Fabricate and machine components; assemble parts and sub‑assemblies
Integrate pneumatic and hydraulic systems into automation equipment
Support machine build, debug, commissioning, and final acceptance
Conduct test runs and ensure equipment meets specifications
Collaborate cross‑functionally with electricians, PLC programmers, and designers
Provide mechanical support during installation and at customer sites
Train operators and maintenance teams on equipment and safety procedures
Perform inspections using precision measuring tools
Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend design enhancements
Maintain proper documentation and adherence to ISO and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in automation/machine assembly or millwright work
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on assembly and machining experience
Ability to read blueprints and interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Knowledge of rigging and lifting techniques
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and safety mindset
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced technical training or certification in machining or automation
Experience working with ISO standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Experience in custom machine build environments
Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives
