Job Details
Salary: 25.00 hourly / 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Greenhouse
Responsibilities
Consider water saturation, light, and temperature when planning for crop growth and development
Greenhouse cleaning
Implement soil fertility programs
Organize tasks to accomplish the work
Weeding
Assist in development and implementation of farm safety and bio‑security procedures
Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting
Co‑ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Ensure farm safety and bio‑security procedures are followed
Maintain quality control and production records
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop‑related operations
Maintain work records and logs
Hire and train staff
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Supervision
Team size: 3–4 people
