Key Responsibilities:• Meet and track personal sales and performance targets • Develop and retain strong relationships with members • Negotiate banking services tailored to member needs • Analyze financial statements for lending decisions • Support community initiatives on behalf of ACU

Requirements:• Three years of experience in commercial lending • Degree or diploma in Business or Finance • Expertise in agribusiness and credit services • Valid driver’s license for branch visits • Proficient in English; French is an asset
