Non-Public Property Accounting Manager plans, organizes, and manages the delivery of base accounting services and programs. They provide advice and interpretation on Non-Public Funds (NPF) accounting and Non-Public Property (NPP) administrative policies to managers and senior military officers, and notify and report any unusual trends or activities to senior managers for further investigation.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

College diploma or certificate in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field AND several years of experience in accounting or a related field. Accounting designation such as Certified General Accountant (CGA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering accounting services.Experience in providing finance and accounting related advice. Experience in applying and interpreting policies, procedures and provincial/federal legislation. Experience in personnel administration. Experience in budget administration. Experience in planning and conducting presentations. Experience in the preparation of financial statements and analysis.Competencies, Skills and Abilities
