The Family Nurse Partnership seeks a compassionate Family Nurse to lead home visits for young mothers from early pregnancy through their child's second year. You will manage a varied and complex caseload, prioritizing individual needs while emphasizing therapeutic relationships and person-centred care. This role includes working alongside the Child Health Surveillance Programme and requires a strong commitment to reflective practice.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver the Family Nurse Partnership programme effectively • Manage a varied caseload and prioritize family needs • Establish strong relationships with families in care • Engage in reflection for continual service enhancement • Act as the named contact for each child in the programme

Requirements:• Clearly understand the FNP methodology and goals • Passion for enhancing outcomes for young parents • Experienced in youth and family care contexts • Knowledgeable about GIRFEC and child protection laws • Ability to work independently and reflectively
