As an Advanced Maintenance Technician II, you will perform a variety of skilled maintenance tasks under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, welding, and preventive maintenance tasks for production equipment. Your work will directly support our mission to produce high-quality commercial roofing products.

Key Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems • Complete work orders in a timely manner using Maximo • Conduct inspections and safety compliance checks • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams effectively • Execute advanced welding and assembly operations

Requirements:• High school diploma or GED essential • At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience required • Proficient in 480 V system diagnostics • Knowledge of variable-frequency drives (VFDs) preferred • Excellent safety and attendance record required
