Retail service establishment Responsibilities
Supervise staff including apprentices, stagings, and design team members Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train staff or arrange for staff training Teach interest or professional development courses Authorize payments by cheque Plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitionsOrder merchandise Authorize return of merchandise Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and coordinate activities of workers Manage cash Conduct performance reviewsSupervision Scope
