As a Dietary Aide, you will be working under the supervision of the Nutrition Services Supervisor, involved in meal assembly, serving, and upholding safety protocols. Your role will include monitoring food temperatures and managing inventory, ensuring a seamless dining experience for clients. Training new staff and adhering to dietary specifications will also be key functions.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare menu items like toasts, salads, and beverages • Assemble and serve meals according to guidelines • Deliver food trays and collect soiled items efficiently • Maintain sanitation of dining and food preparation areas • Conduct inventory checks and manage supplies

Requirements:• Grade 10 or comparable educational experience • Willingness to obtain Food Handler Training Certificate • Demonstrated dexterity and efficient work methods • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and procedures
