Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Stockton, CA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing the sales process, maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing guidance and technical solutions to clients as needed. The role requires close collaboration with various internal teams to meet sales targets and foster client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management techniques
Ability to provide guidance to clients or team members
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with the truss or construction industry
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suites
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
