Senior Account Management / Project Management– Lead for Enterprise Projects
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Management / Project Management professional to lead high‑profile enterprise campaigns and projects, primarily through in‑store and owned channels, from conception to delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate internal and external partners, manage project timelines, and ensure successful execution of critical initiatives.Responsibilities
Lead a cross‑functional core team to assess project requirements, including key dates, achievements, tasks and resources. Build and maintain relationships with Brand Partner leads, internal team leads and external agencies. Review creative work against briefs, feedback and work order lists, and validate compliance with requirements.Own weekly and daily status meetings and stand‑ups, providing clear decisions and documented next steps. Manage day‑to‑day project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders to keep all parties informed. Schedule development tasks, anticipate changes and pivot plans to maintain project momentum.Identify and mitigate risks or issues related to scope, budget, timing or resourcing; provide solutions to keep projects on track. Develop key communications and coordinate the distribution and central organization of key files. Handle assets and version control. Oversee production, collaborating with creative leads and producers throughout all stages, ensuring timely deliverables.Lead collaboration with stakeholders on post‑program learnings and recommendations. Create post‑presentation/meeting contact reports. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an agency environment with client and project management responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong relationship‑building skills. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. Solid understanding of agency processes and campaign workflow.Experience leading cross‑functional teams effectively. Ability to remain focused, calm and efficient under pressure. Highly organized with a strong grasp of the creative process for multi‑channel production from concept to execution. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to address issues with immediate and creative solutions.Curiosity about the evolving technology landscape. Effective multi‑tasker with strong critical thinking and attention to detail. Experience with in‑store marketing and working on enterprise‑wide programs is an asset. Compensation
Hourly rate: $52 per hour (contractor). Recruiting salary range: $100,000.00– $132,000.00 per year. Legal and Diversity Statements
