As part of the Capital Development Department, the Project Manager will oversee key construction projects from planning to close-out. This role requires expertise in project management processes, including scope development and risk management, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders such as hospital management and design teams. The position prioritizes maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day project implementation and oversight • Facilitate communication between diverse project stakeholders • Support project budget and schedule development and monitoring • Ensure compliance with the Ontario building code and safety standards • Collaborate on equipment logistics and end-user relocation

Requirements:• Three years of relevant construction experience • College/university education in building sciences • PMP certification preferred • Knowledge of CSA standards and CCDC 2 • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
