Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and process improvement?
What you’ll do as a Senior Industrial Engineer: Engineering Leadership&Strategy
Own DC layout optimization and capacity planning using current and forecasted volumes to drive utilization and footprint improvements.
Translate network and system designs such as WMS, ASRS, and automation into executable floor level solutions.
Lead projects across layout and design, relocations, process integration, technology deployment, and labor modeling.
Continuous Improvement&Lean Execution
Lead and manage Kaizen and CI initiatives (5S, value stream mapping, A3 problem solving, DMAIC).
Execute projects focused on waste reduction, throughput, and cost efficiency while promoting a lean mindset across the DC.
Support reliability engineering programs including preventive maintenance strategies.
Data, Analytics&Performance Management
Lead KPI development and dashboards using BI tools and statistical methods to drive insights and support decision making.
Contribute to the evolution toward real-time operations monitoring and improved visibility.
People Leadership
Lead and mentor 1-2 analysts, setting clear priorities, developing standard work, and scaling best practices.
Develop and maintain SOPs and engineering standards.
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, logistics or distribution field.
Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end (from problem definition through implementation and results).
1+ years of experience mentoring and coordinating work of others (e.g., analysts, interns, co-ops, or project teams).
Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies in practice.
Prior experience in data analytics, business intelligence (Tableau, Power BI), and statistics.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
