Lead transformative mental health services as a Program Manager with CMHA PeelDufferin in Brampton. This role involves operational management and direct supervision in a hybrid working environment.
The Program Manager will oversee the RAAM clinical staff and ensure the highest quality of care for clients and families. You will collaborate with the Director to establish program goals and track service quality indicators. Leadership experience and a strong understanding of mental health legislation, and harm-reduction strategies are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations of RAAM clinical staff • Collaborate with the Director on program goals • Provide clinical supervision and professional development • Monitor staff schedules and operational coverage • Promote RAAM services in the community
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred • 5 years of community mental health experience • 3 years of leadership experience • Knowledge of dual diagnosis and concurrent disorders • Valid Canadian driver’s license required
