Responsibilities
Manage the requirements, design, development, and implementation of Workday reporting solutions for multiple HR data domains, including Recruiting, Learning, Reporting and Security domains. Experience with Paradox or HiredScore an asset. Manage a team of high-performing analysts, coach and develop their Workday skills, identify and prioritize department work, delegate projects and manage to successful results while fostering a safe workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.Develop Workday enhancements and maximize active features for Recruiting, Paradox and Learning modules, with a focus on automation and leveraging AI opportunities to reduce manual efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to lead a team providing exceptional customer service, managing critical projects in collaboration with HR, and achieving business objectives.Remain current on HR system requirements by actively participating in the online system community and human resource data analytics trends within Workday Community. Develop strategic solutions to unexpected challenges, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data interpretation and best practices.Oversee testing with effective test cases and defect resolution process for all configuration changes to ensure successful deployment. Develop new Workday functional solutions based on a strong understanding of the business strategy and partner needs, considering cross-functionally within a large team.Qualifications
5-7 years of HR Technology experience with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting, Learning, and HCM. 3-4 years of direct people management experience in similar role, with 1-2 years project management experience in system enhancements and implementations. Post-secondary education in Business, HR, Data Analytics, or Information Systems focus, or equivalent work experience. (CHRP or related designation is an asset).Proven collaboration skills with the ability to build client trust, influence decisions and develop effective relationships across HR, IT, and business leaders in a large, complex enterprise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in project discussions.Proven leadership skills with a positive approach to coaching and developing your team, and a high degree of empathy and integrity. High-level critical and analytical thinking, troubleshooting and investigation skills, a creative problem solver with ideas that drive efficiency and optimize business processes.Strong professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
