Full-Time | Permanent Brampton, ON | Onsite Salary Range: $95,000– $100,000 We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of products within our warehouse and distribution operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing warehouse personnel, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining inventory integrity,and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused warehouse operation while supporting company growth and operational goals.This position plays a critical role in shipping, receiving, inventory management, staffing, safety compliance, and warehouse performance optimization. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead warehouse personnel to deliver exceptional customer service that supports company operations and sales objectives. Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods. Direct and administer warehouse safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Implement and drive 5S and LEAN warehouse improvement initiatives.Supervise warehouse associates and supervisors, including coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management. Conduct timely performance evaluations and support employee development. Interview and recommend candidates for warehouse and supervisory roles. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency.Ensure team members are trained and able to safely operate material handling equipment. Maintain warehouse staffing levels to support business needs. Monitor warehouse KPIs including:

On-Time Delivery (OTD) Inventory Accuracy Quality to Customer Safety Performance

Manage inventory integrity and cycle count reconciliation. Coordinate with external couriers and truck drivers to ensure productive loading and unloading operations. Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational. Maintain adequate warehouse supplies to support order fulfillment activities.Ensure ISO compliance and accurate maintenance of warehouse documentation. Perform safety and loss prevention audits. Prioritize and manage order flow to maximize on-time delivery performance. Maintain responsibility for warehouse cleanliness, security, and overall physical plant operations. What You Must Have

Minimum 5 years of warehouse, production, or distribution experience with robust knowledge of warehouse operations and goods retrieval processes. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast‑paced environment.Innovative, proactive, and self‑directed approach to problem‑solving. Ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience is considered an asset. Ability to use computer systems to track and record incoming and outgoing materials. Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain certification.Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to be on‑call during evenings or weekends as operational needs require. Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards, inventory controls, and operational best practices.
