As a Production Manager reporting to the Director of Operations, your responsibilities will include managing manufacturing schedules and ensuring products meet regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency and quality • Develop production schedules based on forecasts and client needs • Monitor production performance and optimize metrics • Ensure compliance with CFIA, HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards • Lead, coach, and develop production staff and supervisors

Requirements:• 5+ years in meat or food processing operations • Strong knowledge of CFIA regulations and compliance • Experience with HACCP, GMP, and BRC programs • Proven leadership skills in a Canadian workplace • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
