Key Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor laboratory supervisors and teams • Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards • Oversee assay accuracy and method development • Manage budgets, equipment, and inventory • Develop and maintain SOPs and training frameworks

Requirements:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field • Good knowledge of inorganic and analytical chemistry • Experience in metallurgical labs desirable • Familiarity with lab instruments and data management systems • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
