You will design preliminary reports, prepare contract specifications, and ensure compliance with client standards. Your role will also involve significant collaboration with contractors and clients throughout all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare design reports for new and rehabilitative highway projects

Review drawings prepared by CADD staff for compliance

Draft contract specifications and tender documents

Mentor and coordinate activities of junior engineers

Liaise with clients, contractors, and supervision teams

Requirements

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario

10+ years experience in consulting engineering

Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of MTO standards and approvals

Utilize your extensive design skills and software proficiency to make a significant impact on transportation projects at EXP in Ontario.
