In this role, reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will manage accounts payable across multiple locations. Your key responsibilities will include processing invoices, monitoring vendor statements, and supporting month-end closing processes. Strong organizational skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems are preferred for maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:• Process invoices, match purchase orders, and maintain records • Reconcile vendor statements accurately and on time • Collaborate with teams to address payment concerns • Identify discrepancies for prompt resolution • Assist in month-end closing and reporting tasks

Requirements:• Experience in accounts payable or finance support • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Strong attention to detail in data entry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally
