Deliver comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including travel planning and report generation. This position thrives on strong organizational skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
As part of your responsibilities, you will report to senior leaders and manage schedules, travel arrangements, and prepare vital documents. You will also be responsible for reviewing sales data and providing summaries to management, alongside handling confidential correspondence. Assisting with onboarding new hires and maintaining office communication will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:• Schedule meetings and manage executives' calendars • Prepare and assess monthly expense reports • Coordinate new hire setups and training materials • Draft necessary reports and corporate announcements • Provide fundamental IT support as needed
Requirements:• 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration • High School Diploma required, with office certification as a plus • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI knowledge preferred • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills • Ability to manage sensitive documents with professionalism
