In this role at Socomec North America, you will bridge the gap between demand planning and production execution. You will develop daily and weekly production schedules, control workflow, and maintain system accuracy. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure optimal resource allocation and tackle production bottlenecks proactively.

Key Responsibilities:• Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule weekly • Adjust flow based on actual throughput and capacity • Report daily on planned vs. actual production outcomes • Collaborate with Buyers on material availability • Support implementation of dashboards for control and transparency

Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field • 3–6 years in production planning or scheduling roles • Proficient in ERP systems and Excel • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Legally authorized to work in Canada without company support
