Description D'emploi The Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement is responsible for driving enterprise‑wide value across all indirect spend categories by building strong procurement processes, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and providing visibility across brands and businesses. This role focuses on governance, analytics, and optimization ensuring the organization operates as one collective entity with vendors rather than as separate brands.
In this role you will partner closely with various areas of the business to ensure contracts are fully leveraged, pricing is accurate, spend is compliant, and vendor relationships deliver their full intended value.
In This Role You Will Enterprise Procurement Governance&Process
Align sourcing strategies with enterprise business objectives
Design, implement, and continuously improve indirect procurement processes to support consistency, compliance, and scalability across all brands
Establish and maintain standardized policies for vendor onboarding, contract usage, purchase approvals, invoicing, and reconciliations
Act as the central point of coordination to ensure indirect procurement activities are aligned across brands and functions
Spend Visibility&Reconciliation
Own enterprise‑level spend tracking, reporting, and performance metrics ensuring complete visibility across all brands and categories
Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices, pricing, rebates, credits, and contractual entitlements Identify and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, volume commitments, service levels, or missed savings opportunities
Execute cost‑reduction and value‑creation initiatives to realize savings while maintaining or improving service levels
Cross‑Brand Value Optimization
Analyze enterprise spend to identify opportunities to aggregate volume, streamline vendors, and maximize leverage across brands
Ensure existing agreements are fully utilized and benefits (discounts, rebates, service levels) are consistently realized
Provide insights and recommendations that enable the company to operate as one buyer with vendors, not multiple independent entities
Vendor&Contract Management
Serve as a strategic point of contact for key indirect vendors, focused on performance management and compliance
Maintain centralized contract repositories and ensure accuracy of terms, renewals, pricing structures, and obligations
Monitor vendor performance against contractual commitments and operational expectations
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with Leaders across all Brands and functional areas to support indirect procurement needs and identify opportunities to improve products and services and address any issues in processes
Educate stakeholders on procurement processes
The Qualifications And Experience We Like To See
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
7–10 years of experience in senior role within indirect procurement, sourcing operations, or procurement governance, preferably in retail, digital and multi‑brand environments
Strong experience with spend analysis, reconciliations, contract compliance, and savings realization
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional processes across multiple business units or brands
High attention to detail with strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with procurement tools, ERPs, and spend analytics platforms
Process‑driven mindset with a passion for structure, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Strong financial and reconciliation acumen
Ability to influence without direct authority across diverse brands and stakeholders
Comfortable balancing strategic analysis with hands‑on execution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Additional Information This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually.
