Line Leader for Packaging Production, Brampton

You will manage daily operations while ensuring that safety regulations are strictly followed. Key Responsibilities:• Lead team to achieve daily and weekly production targets • Complete equipment logs and G.M.P. documentation • Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements • Conduct training on equipment usage and safety • Report production issues promptly to management

Requirements:• 3+ years’ experience in packaging or manufacturing • Minimum Grade 12 education • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Proficiency in SAP or similar systems • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a humid environment
