Driver Examination Customer Service Agent, Ontario Centre (Queensville)

Become an essential member of Serco Canada Inc. as a Customer Service Agent in Driver Examination services. Provide valuable support and assistance to applicants through their licensing journey.

This role requires two years of demonstrated customer service experience to assist applicants for all classes of licences. You will ensure compliance with operations policies, drive the observation car during tests, and manage sensitive personal information securely while providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver outstanding customer service across Driver Examination services • Assess identity documents for validity during interactions • Drive the observation car safely during road tests • Maintain examination rooms and assist test takers • Set up and manage headsets for class M roadtests

Requirements:• Two years of experience in customer service • Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence required • High school diploma or GED minimum • Strong judgement and decision-making skills • Knowledge of the Highway Traffic Act and related regulations
