Community Services Coordinator with TSA, Courtice

In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with the Community Services Manager to support and evaluate mission-driven programs, such as Life Skills and Food Drives, ensuring alignment with community and client feedback. You'll be pivotal in ensuring spiritual and practical support is integrated into all services, enhancingthe lives of clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement community-focused programs • Conduct program reviews and ensure regulatory compliance • Foster partnerships for community engagement and support • Organize and enhance seasonal and special community events • Provide oversight and training for program volunteers

Requirements:• Three years of relevant social service experience • Diploma in community development or similar • Ontario Class G driver’s license essential • Experience with community outreach preferred • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted
