Medline Canada is hiring an Inventory Specialist in Guelph, ON to enhance their inventory accuracy and management processes. This full-time position involves cycle counting and using SAP for inventory tracking.

As an Inventory Associate reporting directly to the National Sr. Inventory Manager, you’ll engage in setting inventory controls and conducting thorough reconciliations. Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance and improving procedural efficiencies while actively participating in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform cycle counts and identify discrepancies • Execute root cause analysis for errors • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory issues • Reconcile physical and system inventory records • Manage inventory movements using SAP ERP

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in inventory control is preferred • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Ability to operate material handling equipment • Physically able to lift heavy items and work at heights
