Manager, Tax Retirement and Estate Planning Services
Location: Hybrid– Anywhere in Canada Full‑time permanent role. Total target compensation (TTC) range: $117,600 – $166,880. Base salary within this range will be based on skills and experience. Why pursue this opportunity

What you’ll be working on
Professional development support for Distribution partners and ensuring account executives and inside sales remain current and proficient in product application and technical knowledge. Provide department and divisional management with assessments of emerging trends and noteworthy issues in the insurance and investment market, including product applications, design, pricing and target‑market initiatives.Complete other projects and initiatives as assigned from time to time. Support Distribution partners (internal staff and external advisors) with technical and advanced marketing support and case consultation, both verbal and written, aimed at attracting and retaining life, health and investment business.Help build and support the Company brand, presence and marketing initiatives via formal presentations and workshops, coordinated with Distribution. Prepare, refine and deliver presentations and technical written material in concert with the Director, Tax, Retirement&Estate Planning. What we’re looking for you to have
3–5 years advanced marketing experience with a focus on tax and estate planning in the financial services sector. Experience in research and analysis. Demonstrated ability to learn technical applications. Bilingual (English, French) is an asset. University degree with courses in business, analysis or marketing.Professional designations such as CA, CPA, CGA, LLB, JD, CFP, CLU/AVA, CHFC or TEP are definite assets. Well‑developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills in person or online. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to conduct research, investigate and analyze.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer literacy, problem‑solving, relationship building, creativity and innovation. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects. For positions open across Canada, fluency in English is required for communicating with customers, advisors and employees.Beyond the salary
