Join CCS as a Level 2 IT Support Consultant, providing essential client support services to the University of Guelph. Enhance user experience with top-notch technical assistance and account management.
Reporting to the Manager of Client Productivity, this role focuses on Level 2 support, ensuring accuracy in account provisioning, directory maintenance, and troubleshooting authentication issues. You will handle requests through service management software, assist users with account inquiries, and work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and track support requests in BMC FootPrints • Provide technical support to staff, faculty, and students • Validate and process user account requests and changes • Enforce identity management policies effectively • Assist with password changes and account expiration policies
Requirements:• Two-year college diploma in a relevant field • Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to prioritize tasks in a team environment • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT service desk apps
