Key Responsibilities:• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality • Guide project teams through design and tender processes • Liaise with stakeholders for approvals and utilities coordination • Draft proposals and manage technical reports • Conduct project reviews to ensure constructability

Requirements:• P.Eng. designation with at least 5 years of experience • Expertise in road design and municipal infrastructure • Familiarity with TAC, OPS, OTM standards • Proven ability to manage team deliverables effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills
